FSP Announcement
Ardeevin Capital Ltd has received its Financial Services Permission (FSP) from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
This marks a significant milestone in the firm’s establishment as a regulated investment manager in Abu Dhabi. Ardeevin Capital focuses on collective investment fund management for professional investors, pursuing global real estate opportunities through private credit and private equity strategies.

Steve brings over 35 years of experience in real estate finance, investment management and institutional governance. His previous senior positions include leadership roles at HSBC, Merrill Lynch, DRC Savills Investment Management and MGPA, subsequently acquired by BlackRock.
His extensive international experience will support Ardeevin Capital’s continued development as a regulated investment manager based in Abu Dhabi.

James is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ardeevin Capital, with more than two decades of experience across real estate banking, private credit, principal investing and investment management.
He leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital formation and transaction execution, with a particular focus on complex private-market opportunities requiring bespoke capital solutions. His experience spans senior and subordinated debt, preferred equity, structured investments and direct real-asset transactions across European and international markets.

Georgy is an Investment Director at Ardeevin Capital, focused on the origination, underwriting and execution of private-market investments.
He brings more than eight years of investment experience and works across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment and financial analysis through structuring, due diligence and execution. At Ardeevin, Georgy focuses particularly on real assets, private credit and structured investment opportunities across Europe and international markets.
